Step 1 Discovery Call – No Charge Consults Call.

Step 2 Mapping Call – We collaborate with you and map out the destinations of your individualized Functional Medicine Journey:

Review intake forms
Support immediate relief/supplemental protocol
Individualized Meal Plan and Exercise Plan if desired
Discuss Recommended Lab to Order (1lab)

Step 3 Lab Review Call – A discussion of necessary protocols based upon the report of lab findings. Adjust meal plans, exercise/activity plan, ands supplements needed to support.

Step 4 Coaching Calls – These are 1x/month Follow up Calls for accountability and edits to the map if needed. (3 total)
